Caution: Apply to nails and avoid skin. If skin around nails is inflamed or sore, do not use. In the case of a skin irritation or allergic skin reaction, cease use. Keep out of reach from children.

1. Ensure that there are no oils on the nails before you start as this could reduce the lasting time of the polish.
2. Wash hands with liquid soap and warm water, drying well.
3. Do your cuticle work with the Steel Cuticle Pusher provided. Cuticle work is crucial before you start.
4. Using the buffer provided buff the nails and rough edges, removing any shine.
5. To ensure your nails are free from dust from buffing/filing, apply a layer of Perfect Prep™ Gel Polish Primer and allow it to dry for 30 seconds. On more oily nails apply twice.
6. Although UV exposure from our lamp is minimal due to such a short curing time, apply a high SPF on hands only (not on nails themselves) if you are concerned.
7. Before you start, shake all bottles. Ensure you follow polish curing times indicated per layer. Doing less then the stated time can cause gel not to dry and could irritate skin.
8. If you're using a coloured or clear Gentle Gels™ Builder Gel only, start by applying a slip layer (a very thin layer of builder gel) onto a prepped nail. Do not cure this layer. Next, place a bead of builder gel bear the cuticle and gently spread it down the nail, working from left to right and focusing on building an apex for strength. Cure for 60 seconds. NOTE the polish will stay tacky until you apply and cure the top coat.
9. Apply No Wipe Top Coat and cure for 60 seconds, your mani is now complete!

CUTICLES

SHAPE & BUFF
Shape nails with nail file. Then using the nail buffer provided, buff the nail bed to smooth all ridges and remove shine, allowing for better adhesion of gel products.

PRIME
To ensure your nails are free from dust from buffing/filing apply a layer of Perfect Prep™, (gel nail primer) and allow it to dry for 30 sec. On more oily nails, apply twice.

COLOUR
Colour Builder Gel Method: If you are using a coloured or clear Gentle Gels™ Builder Gel only, start by applying a slip layer (a very thin layer of builder gel) onto a prepped nail. Do not cure this layer. Next, place a bead of builder gel near the cuticle and gently spread it down the nail, working from left to right and focusing on building an apex for strength. Cure for 60 seconds.
Or Gel Polish Colour Method: You can also use your normal gel polish to colour with Gentle Gels™ Builder Gel for added strength. First, apply a slip layer (a very thin layer of builder gel) onto a prepped nail and do not cure. Follow this with a bead of chosen Gentle Gels™ Builder Gel, spreading it gently from left to right, and cure for 60 seconds. Then apply 2x thin layers of your chosen Gel Polish Colour, curing each layer for 60 seconds. Note: Your polish will remain tacky until you apply and cure your Gel Polish Top Coat - this is normal!

FINISH
Apply a thin layer of Gel Polish Top Coat. Cure under the lamp for 60 seconds. Now you can apply your cuticle oil and any other creams.

WHAT IS BUILDER GEL?
14 Day Mani Builder Gel is a versatile thicker gel that can be used to strengthen your natural nails, create length and help you grow your nails.
It comes in a range of 12 natural nude, pink and peach shades and a clear shade, so you can pick whichever colour suit your mani & skin tone best.
HOW DO YOU USE 14 DAY MANI GENTLE GELS™ BUILDER?
Our Gentle Gels™ Builder must be used with Perfect Prep™ Primer for best long-lasting results.
- Start by prepping your nail plate as usual by pushing back the cuticles and etching the nail plate slightly with 240 grit file, then apply a layer of Perfect Prep™ and wait 30 seconds to dry.
- Then follow with a thin layer of builder gel to act as your slip layer. Do not cure this step.
- Then take a slightly larger bead of builder gel and place it towards the cuticle without touching the skin. Gently drag the builder gel down with a side-to-side motion. Flip your finger upside down to let gravity help you in self-levelling the gel. Cure in the 54W UV/LED Lamp for 60 seconds.
- Finish with our Hema-Free No-Wipe Top Coat and cure for further 60-90 seconds. Your builder gel mani is now complete!
HOW DO YOU REMOVE BUILDER GEL?
Removal process for Builder Gel is the same as our Gel Polish. Simply buff the shiny top layer of your nail and apply Acetone Remover to your foil nail wraps. Apply the foil nail wraps onto your nail. After 10-15 minutes use a Cuticle Pusher or Gel Removal Tool to gently scrape off the lifted gel off your nails. This should be fairly effortless - if it is not, pop the nail foils back onto your nails for further soaking.
HOW LONG DOES BUILDER GEL LAST?
Our Builder Gel is expertly formulated to last up to 3 weeks chip-free. For the longest lasting results please always follow our directions of use.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BUILDER GEL AND NORMAL GEL NAILS?
Builder gel adds strength, structure, and length, making it ideal for weak nails and extensions, lasting longer (3+ weeks). Regular gel polish offers a thinner, flexible, shiny colour coat that's easily soaked off but provides less support and typically lasts about two weeks before chipping.Think of builder gel as a harder overlay that builds the nail, while regular gel polish is a softer, more flexible coloured coating.
