Caution: Apply to nails and avoid skin. If skin around nails is inflamed or sore, do not use. In the case of a skin irritation or allergic skin reaction, cease use. Keep out of reach from children.

1. Ensure that there are no oils on the nails before you start as this could reduce the lasting time of the polish.
2. Wash hands with liquid soap and warm water, drying well.
3. Do your cuticle work with the Steel Cuticle Pusher provided. Cuticle work is crucial before you start.
4. Use the 7 way buffer provided, use step 3 to buff the nails and rough edges, removing any shine.
5. To ensure your nails are free from dust from buffing/filing apply Perfect Prep™ Nail Primer and let it dry for 30 seconds.
6. Although UV exposure from our lamp is minimal due to such a short curing time, apply a high SPF on hands only (not on nails themselves) if you are concerned.
7. Before you start, shake all bottles. Ensure you follow polish curing times indicated per layer. Doing less then the stated time can cause gel not to dry and could irritate skin.
8. Apply Base Coat and cure for 60 seconds
9. Apply 1-2 layers of your colour polish curing for 60 seconds each. NOTE the polish will stay tacky until you apply and cure the top coat.
10. Apply No Wipe Top Coat and cure for 60 seconds, your mani is now complete!
11. Apply some cuticle oil to hydrate nails.

CUTICLES
Gently push back cuticles using the Steel Cuticle Tool. Making sure to remove any excess skin on the nail plate. Don't use any cuticle oils during this step.

SHAPE & BUFF
Shape nails with nail file. Then using the nail buffer provided, buff the nail bed to smooth all ridges and remove shine, allowing for better adhesion of gel products.

PRIME
To ensure your nails are free from dust from buffing/filing, wipe your nails with a cotton pad soaked in a little acetone OR use a gel nail primer.

BASE
Apply a thin layer of Gel Polish Base Coat, making sure to cap the free edges and cure under our UV/LED lamp for 60 seconds.

COLOUR
Apply a thin layer of your colour of choice, this first coat needs 60 seconds under the lamp to cure, before applying a second colour coat and placing a second colour coat and placing nails under the lamp for another 60 seconds. Please note yourpolish will stay tacky until AFTER you apply and cure your Gel Polish Top Coat - this is normal!

FINISH
Apply a thin layer of Gel Polish Top Coat. Cure under the lamp for 60 seconds. Now you can apply your cuticle oil and any other creams.
Frequently asked questions
HOW DO I REMOVE GEL POLISH SAFELY?
To remove gel polish safely, gently file the top layer to break the seal, then soak with acetone and wrap for 10 to 15 minutes. Never peel or force product off the nail. Peeling removes layers of your natural nail and causes thinning. Removal should be patient and controlled. HOW LONG DO GEL POLISH NAILS LAST AT HOME?
At-home gel nails typically last up to 3 weeks when applied correctly. Longevity depends on proper prep, thin layers and sealing the edges. If prep is rushed or the nail surface is still shiny, lifting can happen early. Strong results come from correct preparation, not thicker coats.
WHY IS MY GEL PEELING OFF IN ONE PIECE, LIKE A FALSE NAIL?
If your gel is lifting and peeling off in one piece, it usually means the nail plate wasn’t properly prepped. Gel needs a lightly buffed, shine-free surface to grip onto. If the natural shine isn’t removed (or the nail isn’t gently etched), the gel can’t adhere correctly, so it sits on top and lifts as one layer. Proper prep is key: remove surface shine, ensure the nail is clean and oil-free, and avoid touching the nail plate before applying your base coat. IS GEL POLISH SAFE FOR BEGINNERS?
Yes. Gel polish is safe for beginners when used correctly with an LED lamp and proper prep. Apply thin layers, avoid the skin and cure for the recommended time. When removed properly, gel polish should not damage healthy nails.
